Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy:

1. Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If there are any delays, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will be provided once your order is placed.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and Family Tree Originals is not responsible for any delays beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Family Tree Originals is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages:
If your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods as they may be required for inspection or to facilitate a claim with the shipping carrier.

Return Policy:

1. No Returns Accepted:
At Family Tree Originals , all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns. We encourage our customers to carefully review their orders before finalizing their purchase.

2. Exceptional Circumstances:
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with photographic evidence. We will review your claim and contact you with the next steps. We will gladly remake a new plate if there are errors made on our behalf.

3. Refunds (if applicable):
In rare cases where a return is accepted due to an error on our part, a refund will be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

4. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@familytreeoriginals.com.
